It’s April 1st, but this is not an April Fools joke.

The truth is that we really haven’t written anything for the past few months and that’s not funny. We feel bad, shame on us fools.

We’re fools for failing and forgetting. We’ve been busy, but that’s no excuse.

However, we’re also fools for being so human, so human we smile, cry, enjoy, and even laugh at GIFs like these:

+1000 Followers on Twitter

We want to start this post by saying: THANK YOU! Thanks to every one of the +1000 followers we have on Twitter.

So far, we haven’t been publishing much on Twitter – actually, we’ve been only posting links to our blog posts and, every once in a while, retweeted something interesting. We’ve been in that mode, mostly because we don’t want to be like those accounts that post with too much frequency and clutter your Twitter timeline. You know how it is… it’s great to hear from someone, but only when that someone has something interesting to say!  However, we also think we could publish more news about radio, international news, music, sports… anything else?

Let us know what you think and soon you might start hearing more from us on Twitter.

Happy Holidays for all of Us

It’s the end of the year, a time for reflection, wishes and projections. But before we get into that, we would like to talk about “us” as a whole: people who listen to radio, people who express their ideas, people who develop features, people who report bugs, people who fix them… there are many of us and today we want to talk about us all.

YOU are the most important part of all this. Every day on Streema, you listen to thousands of stations, write comments on the station’s profile walls, send us loads of suggestions via the contact form and Facebook application, and even tweet about Streema!  Without you nothing would make sense.

WE have been developing this project since 2007 and we’re pretty happy to say it’s been a great journey. Streema has been a big part of our lives with lots of successes and failures. We’re still a small team (that’s why more than once we ask you to be patient with us) but the four of us are as committed as ever to make Streema a success.
